Personal Injury Massage Therapy in Seattle
Recovering from an accident or injury? We treat the soft-tissue side of your recovery, bill your insurance directly, and work with your attorney so your care and your claim stay on track.
In a personal injury claim? We handle the insurance.
- We bill your insurance directly. PIP for car accidents, L&I for work injuries, health insurance or self-pay for the rest.
- We work with your attorney's office and provide treatment records and progress notes for your claim.
- No referral needed. Book and start treatment right away.
- We treat the injury, not just the tension. Every therapist here has a clinical background in injury recovery.

Injuries and accidents we treat
- Car accident injuries (billed through auto PIP)
- Work injuries (Washington L&I and self-insured claims)
- Slips, falls, and other accidents
- Whiplash and neck injuries
If your injury was a car accident, our auto injury massage page covers how PIP billing works and what to do after a crash.
How massage supports injury recovery
After an accident, the soft tissue takes the hit. Muscles and connective tissue get overstretched or torn, and your body responds by tightening down to protect the area. That guarding is useful for a few days, but if it sticks around it limits your movement and lays down scar tissue that's tougher and less flexible than the tissue it replaces.
Massage works on that directly. We ease the muscle guarding, get blood flowing to the injured area, and break down scar tissue before it hardens into a lasting restriction. Alongside chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical care, it's the part of your recovery that keeps the soft tissue from becoming the thing that holds you back. And because we assess and re-assess each visit, we can document how your range of motion and pain are actually changing over time.
How billing works for personal injury cases in Washington
The path depends on how you were hurt, and we handle it either way:
- Car accidents: we bill your auto PIP directly. Washington policies carry at least $10,000 of no-fault coverage, so in most cases you pay nothing out of pocket.
- Work injuries: we accept Washington L&I and self-insured workers' compensation claims (self-insured claims are authorized before treatment starts).
- Other injuries: we can bill your health insurance or set up a self-pay plan, and coordinate with your attorney if there's a claim in progress.
You don't need a referral to start, and we submit the billing so you can focus on healing instead of paperwork. And if you're a veteran, we also see patients through VA Community Care.
Working with your attorney
If you have a personal injury claim, your treatment records are part of your case. We keep clear notes on your injuries, the care you receive, and how you're progressing, and we send them to your attorney's office when they need them. You get the treatment; your legal team gets the documentation. Nobody has to chase paperwork back and forth while you're trying to recover.
What to do after an injury
- Get evaluated. Soft-tissue injuries often show up a day or two later. Don't wait for the pain to peak.
- Open your claim. Report the injury to the right insurer (your auto PIP, L&I, or the liable party's insurance) and get your claim number. Not sure which applies? Call us.
- Start treatment early. The first couple of weeks matter most for keeping scar tissue and guarding down.
- Loop in your attorney. Give us their contact info and we'll keep your treatment records flowing to their office.

Therapists who treat personal injury cases
Everyone on our team comes from a clinical background, so injury work is what we do:
Frequently asked questions
Q: Do you treat personal injury cases?
Yes. We treat injuries from car accidents, work, and other accidents. We bill your insurance directly, work with your attorney's office, and document your treatment for your claim. No referral needed to start.
Q: Do you work with attorneys and provide records for my claim?
Yes. We work directly with your attorney's office and provide treatment records and progress notes for your case.
Q: How is my care paid for in a personal injury case?
It depends on the injury. Car accidents bill through your auto PIP (in most cases no out-of-pocket cost). Work injuries go through Washington L&I or a self-insured claim. For other injuries we can bill your health insurance or set up self-pay. Call and we'll walk through what fits.
Q: Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly and start right away. We coordinate with your doctor, chiropractor, or physical therapist when it makes sense to.
Q: What kinds of injuries do you treat?
Whiplash and neck injuries, back pain, shoulder and soft-tissue injuries, headaches, and sciatica-type radiating pain, from car accidents, work injuries, slips and falls, and other accidents.
Q: How soon after an injury should I start?
As soon as you're cleared for soft-tissue work. Starting early keeps scar tissue down and releases the muscle guarding before it settles in.
Q: Do you coordinate with my chiropractor or doctor?
Yes. Massage works well alongside chiropractic, physical therapy, and medical care, and we're happy to coordinate with the rest of your team.
Q: My injury was a car accident. Is that different?
The care is similar, but the billing runs through your auto PIP. See our auto injury massage page for how PIP works and what to do after a crash.
Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your claim number and insurance details, and your attorney's contact info if you have one. That's what we need to start billing and coordinating on your case.
